At Smallwoods, we want you to love your home decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all hardware and documentation.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
